Lee-Wesley communicates directly with Slade only. Weekly scheduled briefing plus on-demand requests. Slade translates operational detail into strategic signal — no noise, no raw task lists.
Strategic Filter
Slade maintains a standing daily sync with Archie during Phases 1-2, then bi-daily once the build stabilizes. He receives all operational updates and filters them into Founder-ready briefings.
Operational Coordination
Archie runs all department coordination — daily engineering standups, bi-weekly cross-department reviews. He reports up to Slade, never directly to Founder unless escalation bypass is triggered.
Department Reporting
All 12 department leads report status, blockers, and deliverables to Archie. Information flows back up the same chain: Leads → Archie → Slade → Lee-Wesley.
⚠ Escalation Bypass Protocol
In the event of a critical incident — security breach, payment system failure, legal flag, or any issue that could block launch or damage the brand — any department lead or Archie can reach Lee-Wesley directly through Slade with immediate priority. Slade determines urgency: if it can't wait for the next scheduled briefing, it goes to Founder same-day. No waiting, no gate-keeping on critical items.
